SSO programs

Project and Policy Planning

It is important to SocialSustenance.org that we consider our strategies with long-term objectives in mind. We advocate practical action and maintain an agile mindset in program development. To do this, our project plans are iterative and have defined pilot phases.

Framing our first projects as pilots allows SSO to work with partners that might not otherwise adopt responsible and ecological initiatives. In a pilot phase, we are allowed to dream big and put all sorts of ideas together. Then, while focusing on ways to continously leverage our efforts, SSO works with existing organizations to discuss the feasibility of our goals and objectives. Since it is often unrealistic to expect all of our goals to be met in the first phase of a project, we create iterative, multi-phase plans to reach sustainability.

We specialize in finding cooperative incentives for all stakeholders in an effort to maintain progress.
